在第3外显子上游插入了一个带有3' loxP位点的FRT引导的Hygro cassette，接着在第7外显子下游插入了另一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组移除了Hygro cassette，而cre介导的重组则剪除了3到7号外显子。在肝脏、肌肉、白色脂肪组织、棕色脂肪组织、肾脏和脾脏的提取物中，我们确认了蛋白表达的缺失。(来源：J:167779)
