Tg(Cemip-EGFP)KO123Gsat

An EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP23-1M8 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the 9930013L23Rik gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX1529) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
