在exon 11的P475和P476之间插入了三个连续的TEV酶识别位点，以及一个新型的BamHI限制酶切割位点。在终止密码子后，又加入了一个BamHI酶切位点和一个带有终止密码子的C端c-Myc抗原标签。下游位置插入了一个floxed puro序列，通过Cre介导的重组会去除这个puro序列。(参考文献：J:166151)
