设计了一个靶向载体，用于在Epsin 3（Epn3）基因起始部位上游插入一个loxP位点。载体包含一个Frt-介导的诺卡因抗性（neo）基因座，后面跟着第二个loxP位点，位于第9外显子下游。通过Cre介导的重组，删除了1到9号外显子和neo基因。胃腺上皮细胞的免疫组化结果显示无蛋白表达，证实了目标。（来源：J:167134）
