在exon 2的第11个密码子后面插入了lacZ基因和一个floxed neo cassette，通过同源重组，这替换掉了exon 2的一部分以及全部的intron 3和exon 3。随后，通过Cre介导的重组移除了neo cassette。RT-PCR结果显示，纯合胚胎中没有表达。(来源：J:164805)
