将Atp4b基因的1.0kb启动子插入到cre重组酶编码序列上游，1.2kb的人类生长激素基因polyadenylation信号之后，构建了一个4.3kb的载体。这个4.3kb的片段经过线性化后，被注入了FVB卵母细胞的核中。获得了两只转基因小鼠（个体3和5），它们的基因组中整合了这个转基因。杂交实验到一个报告系的结果表明，cre重组仅在P13时在胃部发生。这两条线的重组模式一致。（来源：J:164715）
