这个转基因构建包含了creERT2融合基因、两个拷贝的 mouse Thy1 诱导子、以及增强黄绿色荧光蛋白（EYFP）的基因序列。creERT2融合基因（cre/ERT2）是将Cre重组酶与人类雌激素受体配体结合区域的G400V/M543A/L544A三重突变融合在一起。每个 Thy1 诱导子区域是修改过的 mouse thy1.2 基因的调控区域，范围从启动子延伸至第4外显子之后的内含子，不包括第3外显子及其邻近的内含子。两个拷贝是并排放置的，以双向方式起作用，一个驱动 CreERT2 的表达，另一个驱动 EYFP 的表达。后续建立了奠基品系 H（SLICK-H），并将其与 C57BL/6J 进行了4代回交。（来源：J:134019）
