构建了一个靶向载体，包含mitogen-激活蛋白激酶8相互作用蛋白1（Mapk8ip1或Jip1）基因的第3外显子。第3外显子的第103位密码子（Thr，对应ACT）被替换为Ala（Gly，对应GCC），即T103A突变。载体下游插入了-loxP引导的诺卡因抗性基因座（neo）。通过Cre介导的重组，删除了neo基因座。（来源：J:163808）
