设计了一种靶向载体，将一个由loxP序列标记的诺卡因抗性基因置于起始无义密码子上游，接着是loxP序列，位于第一个编码区下游。通过小鼠生殖细胞的Cre介导重组，去除了neo cassette，使得起始两个无义密码子区和第一个编码区周围都留下了loxP序列标记。（来源：J:163376）
