Tg(Prnp*)EDah

A cDNA encoding murine Prnp with an internal deletion of sequences encoding residues 105125 was placed under the control of a construct containing a Prnp promoter with an expression pattern similar to that of endogenous PrP, with the exception that there is no expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells.
