Tg(Foxa2*-cre)#Mku

The 5' notochord (N) enhancer and the 3' floorplate (FP) enhancer were cloned together into a vector. These were assembled with a sequence composed of the Hspa1 promoter fragment and the synthetic intron-cre-polyA cassette to create the final construct. Transgenic founders were generated and crossed to R26 reporter to identify germline transmission. No line numbers were specified. (J:130464)
