Nucleotide substitution in exon 3 results in the amino acid substitution of arginine to alanine at position 169 (R169A). Exons 2 and 3 are also floxed. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette upstream of exon 2. The predicted product is expected to be kinase dead. (J:159958)
