The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 1244bp between positions 120434464-120435707 of Chromosome 11 (Build GRCm39). Immunoblot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) isolated from E14.5 homozygous mutant embryos. (J:136110, J:278092)
