The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 9210bp between positions 36211715-36220924 of Chromosome 17 (Build GRCm39). The lacZ and floxed neomycin resistance cassette replaced all the coding exons. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript expression in the testis, kidney, liver, lung, adrenal gland, prostate, spleen, small intestine, fat, pancreas, brain and heart. (J:136110, J:201922)
