The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 9443 bp between positions 29927074-29936516 of Chromosome 19 (Build GRCm39). Western blot and immunofluorescence analyses confirmed the complete lack of protein in the ovaries of homozygous mutant mice. (J:136110)
