Trp73^tm2Mak

Exon 3' was replaced with a neo cassette by homologous recombination. This targets the delta Np73 isoforms but not TAp73 isoforms. The loss of Np73 isoform mRNA expression was confirmed by quantitative RT-PCR in MEFs and western blot analysis of lung tissue confirmed loss of isoform specific protein expression. Quantitative RT-PCR of liver, testis, and lung confirmed the retention of TAp73 isoform mRNA expression. (J:157905)
