Tie2特异性内皮驱动的 Tie2(tek)启动子/增强子驱动小鼠Par1(f2r)基因的表达。构建包含tek内皮特异性启动子（带有f2r cDNA）和SV40polyA序列，后面跟着tek的内皮特异性增强子。通过RT-PCR，在E8.0时能在内皮和心内膜中检测到转基因f2r的特异性表达。产生了两个独立的杂交瘤品系，当与F2rtm1.1Cgh背景杂交时，结果相似。选择Line 1来标识这一品系，引用文献为(J:71309)。
