This deletion was created by cre mediated recombination of loxP sites within Sparc (created by eliminating exon 6 and replacing it with a Neo-LoxP as well as inserting stop codons in all three reading-frames) and beyond Gpx3 (created by random insertion vector of loxP-Puro cassette). The deletion spans an interval of between 0.7 Mb to 1.5 Mb, between Sparc and Gpx3 and includes Fat2, Gm2a, Anxa6, and Tnip1. (J:155870)
