一种由睡眠 beauty 转座子拼接而成的串联，每个转座子包含优化的倒置重复直接重复序列，专为睡眠 beauty 转座酶设计，两侧有剪接接受位点（来自 engrailed-2），并带有正反两个方向的 poly A 标记。在剪接接受位点之间是 CAG 引物序列，后面跟着一个剪接供体位点。通过构建了两条转基因线（线 12740 和 12775），分别在第 9 号染色体和第 12 号染色体插入了 11 个和 28 个这种转座子串联。(来源：J:153656)
