HSAnatLSP-IL15转基因是通过修改的人类骨骼肌Actin（HSA或ACTA1）启动子片段（-2139至+239），小鼠长信号肽（LSP）的IL-15（Il15）cDNA，以及polyA信号构建的。这个转基因在C57BL/6xC3H杂交胚胎的卵母细胞核中进行了微注射。后代个体被鉴定出来，并与C57BL/6J小鼠杂交，建立了10941品系（稳定单一的转基因插入点）。在去势雄性和雌性中，IL-15的mRNA/蛋白质表达分别大约是纯合体的300倍和400倍，以及100倍和400倍。（来源：J:145611）
