Tg(Ins1-luc)77Park

An 8.3 kb segment extending from -8280 to +12 relative to the transcription start site of Ins1 was used to drive expression of a 1.7kb fragment encoding the firefly (Photus pyralis) luciferase gene. Line 77 contains about 7 copies of the transgene and showed the highest expression levels. Line 80 contains 5 copies and a modestly reduced level of expression relative to line 77. (J:155851)
