在内皮2染色体上插入了带有FRT标签的PGK-neo cassette，并在exon 2前方额外插入了一个loxP位点，目标区域包括exon 2，大小为1.7kb。通过与携带Tg(ACTFLPe)9205Dym转基因的鼠杂交，FRT标签的PGK-neo cassette被剔除。接着，通过与携带Tg(CMV-cre)1Cgn转基因的鼠杂交，exon 2被删除。Northern blot和RT-PCR检测均未发现正常mRNA，Western blot也未在蛋白水平上发现相应信号。(来源：J:155250)
