The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 5348bp between positions 106858049-106863396 of Chromosome 8 (Build GRCm39). qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis confirmed complete loss of mRNA and protein expression in the liver of homozygotes. (J:136110, J:228040)
