The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 5486bp between positions 34675407-34680892 of Chromosome 18 (Build GRCm39). The entire coding sequence was replaced with a lacZ gene and floxed neo cassette. Whole mount RNA hybridization confirmed the absence of transcript expression in E8 embryos. (J:136110, J:194132)
