一种由睡眠 beauty 转座子拼接而成的构造，每个转座子包含优化的倒置重复直接重复序列，专为睡眠 beauty 转座酶设计，两侧有剪接接受位点（来自 engrailed-2），并带有正反两个方向的 poly A 信号。在剪接接受位点之间是 CAG 引物序列，后面跟着一个剪接供体位点。通过将11个和28个转座子串联构建了两条转基因线（线12740和12775），分别插入到染色体9和12。线12740被选为代表线。（来源：J:153656）
