在exon 1的上游插入了loxP位点，接着在exon 1的3'端有一个由frt标记的neo cassette，其中也包含一个loxP位点。通过小鼠的生殖细胞中flp介导的重组，neo cassette被移除，使得exon 1成为可删除的(来源：J:153677)
