A transgenic construct containing the Green Fluorescent Protein gene under the control of the human FOXJ1, forkhead box J1 promoter, as well as the first intron from the mouse transthyretin (Ttr) gene and SV40 polyadenylation site sequence was injected into fertilized C3H X C57Bl/6J F1 mouse eggs. Founder line 85 was subsequently established. (J:101822)
