Tln2^tm2Crit

This allele was generated by flanking the entire coding sequence (exon1-56) with loxP sites and then deleting them in ES cells. These ES cells were then used to generate mice. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression. (J:152372, J:190037)
