设计了一个靶向载体，用于将CreERT2融合基因（Cre-ERT2，人雌激素受体配体结合域的G400V/M543A/L544A三重突变）、SV40polyA信号和Frt-flankedneo cassette插入Dlx5基因的起始密码子位置。这个载体通过电穿孔技术导入C57BL/6胚胎干细胞（ES细胞）。经过定向的ES细胞被注入受体囊胚，然后与白色C57BL/6鼠杂交以产生后代群体。突变鼠与Actin-FLPe小鼠（背景为C57BL/6纯合株系N10）杂交，以剔除neo选择性 cassette。来源：(J:151755)
