The TCR alpha- and beta-chain from the A1 CD41 T cell genomic clone that had been isolated from CBA/Ca mice was used to make constructs to generate transgenic mice. The A1 clone recognizes the minor histocompatibility Ag H-Y, which is present in male mice but absent in female mice, in the context of H2-Ek. (J:94036)
