这个基因陷阱载体插入了第19个内含子。RT-PCR分析显示，纯合小鼠中野生型转录本的表达减少了大约400倍。在纯合小鼠的MEF细胞中，免疫印迹分析未能检测到野生型蛋白的表达。含有前19个外显子和β-geo报告基因的融合蛋白在杂合子和纯合子细胞中都可检测到。融合蛋白与SEC24A在MEF裂解物中能共沉淀。（来源：J:186391）
