Daam1^{Gt(RRT390)Byg}

A floxed gene trap cassette inserted into intron 3 of the gene. Rt-PCR and western blot analysis revealed the expression of a fusion between the first 3 exons of the gene and the Beta-geo reporter. In addition, low levels of expression of the wild-type transcript and protein were detected indicating that this is a hypomorphic allele. (J:167714)
