Clone A061F01 cells (German Gene Trap Consortium), carrying a pT1betageo vector insertion in the Mast2 gene, were used to generate mice. The gene trap was localized to Chr4:116025577-116103147 bp (- strand). It is not known whether the gene trap insertion affects expression of the targeted gene.
