Trapped gene association determined by genome coordinate overlap and strand. The gene trap vector U3CEO inserted into intron 6 of Mto1. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of mRNA levels in heart from homozygotes indicate a 63% reduction compared to controls, indicating this is a hypomorphic allele. (J:223246)
