在IgH基因座中，DQ52和JH1之间插入了反向排列的荧光素抗氨苄青霉素抗性基因、一个剪接接受体、一个内源性核糖体进入位点、SV40的大和小T抗原编码区域，以及额外的Emu IgH内含子增强子。通过将克隆小鼠与表达Cre的转基因小鼠杂交，目标后裔中氨苄青霉素基因被剔除。通过RT-PCR检测，B细胞中检测到了SV40 T抗原的转录片段。(来源：J:150315)
