The mouse bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) RP23-78L12 containing the entire Cnp (2',3'-cyclic nucleotide 3' phosphodiesterase) gene, was modified by insertion of the EGFP-L10a fusion gene, EGFP/Rpl10a, into the translation start site. The resulting BAC transgene was microinjected into FVB donor eggs. Founder line JD368 was subsequently established. (J:150404)
