The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 1369bp between positions 105129995-105131363 of Chromosome 7 (Build GRCm39). The cassette replaced exon 1. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the lung, heart, fat, skeletal muscle, brain and liver. (J:136110, J:205741)
