Exon 3周围有loxP位点，下游插入了含FRT标记的诺卡因抗性基因座。在将胚胎囊胚微注射前，通过短暂表达Flp重组酶来剔除诺卡因基因座。随后，这些小鼠与EIIa-cre转基因小鼠杂交，以去除含loxP标记的等位基因。对纯合胚胎成纤维细胞提取物进行免疫印迹分析未检测到蛋白质。(来源：J:146616)
