The promoter was used to drive expression of the cDNA in MHC class II+ cells. The cDNA is preceded by an intron and followed by a polyadenylation sequence from the rabbit beta-globin gene. Two lines were created (lines 9 and 16) with line 16 selected as the representative line. (J:132372)
