在内含子2中插入了loxP位点和FRT引导的诺卡因抗性基因。接着在exon 3的3'末端插入了另一个loxP位点。通过Cre的剪切会引发exon 3的框架移位，产生从第213位密码子开始的27个额外密码子，然后是终止密码子在exon 4。实验中，将这种转基因小鼠与C57BL/6背景的Flpe敲除鼠杂交，以消除诺卡因报告基因。(来源：J:141321)
