从2号外显子到9号外显子的区域被替换为人类基因，其中3号外显子上游有一个attB53位点，9号外显子后面跟着一个由frt引导的neo cassette，末端有3'的attP50。最初使用的ES细胞带有Nr1i2tm1(NR1I2)Arte基因。通过germ线的flp介导重组，移除了neo cassette。通过在肝脏和小肠提取物中进行qPCR，确认了内源性转录物表达的缺失。(来源：J:140975)
