The sheep promoter was used to drive expression of the full-length rat gene in the brain, heart and liver. Four lines were created (lines 9, 28, 31 and 33) that carry 2 to 20 copies of the transgene (2, 2, 20 and 5 copies, respectively). (J:71821)
