Tg(Camk2a-ITM2B)8.4Ldad

An approximately 8.5 kb genomic DNA fragment located upstream of the transcription initiation site of Camk2a including the transcription start site and 84 bp of the 5' noncoding exon is followed by a hybrid intron, a human ITM2B cDNA and an SV40 polyadenylation site. Two lines (8.4 and 5.5) were generated that differed in expression levels with line 8.4 having higher expression levels compared to line 5.5. This is a representative record for these 2 lines.
