构建了一个包含170kb人类IgK基因座插入的人造酵母染色体。这个插入包含了κ删除元件、内含子和下游增强子、所有五个功能性的J-K区段，以及最邻近的三个可变基因片段。在恒定区段下游，我们加入了一个HPRT微型基因，以辅助定位。9.2C线有一个YAC整合到小鼠基因组中，它是至少8个生成线之一。Southern blot检测确认了YAC的整合，未发生任何重组事件。(来源：J:23827)
