This insertion contains (in order) a CAGGS promoter, FRT-flanked neo cassette with 2 poly-adenylation sequences, floxed EGFP followed by 5 poly-adenylation sequences and a lacZ gene with a nuclear localization sequence. EGFP expression is obtained following FLP-mediated recombination of this reporter allele. Nuclear-lacZ expression results from combined FLP- and Cre-mediated recombination. (J:136096)
