The gene trap vector VICTOR23 containing an IRES/beta-geo/puro cassette was inserted into intron 3. The absence of protein product was confirmed by western blot analysis on bone marrow-derived dendritic cell extracts. This is a null allele, reporter allele and gene trapped allele. (J:134148)
