将一段含有在第256位氨基酸被截短、后面跟着IRES-GFP序列的Foxo1基因cDNA，通过CAGGS启动子（鸡β-actin启动子加上CMV增强子）插入到内皮1号。插入了内含一个可翻转的neo-STOP cassette，这种设计使得在cre激活时，只有当neo-STOP cassette被剔除时，截短的Foxo1基因cDNA才会表达。（来源：J:134336）
