Tg(TcrLCMV)Aox

Two expression cassettes, one containing a 17.5 kb Tcr Valpha2.3-JalphaDK1 rearrangement and the other containing a 19.5 kb Tcr Vbeta8.3-Jbeta2.5 rearrangement, were coinjected into fertilized eggs. The injected fragments are specific for the LCMV GP-derived epitope P13 (amino acids 61-80) in the context of H2-IAb. Two transgenic mouse lines (referred to as Smarta1 and Smarta2) were derived from a single transgenic founder.
