一段全长0.8kb的mouse MAFK蛋白的cDNA，带有N端的FLAG标签，被插入到VA CD2表达载体中。这个载体以人类CD2基因的无ATG突变的起始exon和内含子5'端开始，3'端来自CD2基因，包括约500bp的3'非翻译区和周边DNA，带有两个polyadenylation信号及3'调控区。实验表明，此载体在成熟外周CD4+CD8-和CD4-CD8+SP T淋巴细胞，以及外周CD4-CD8- DN T细胞中能驱动lacZ报告基因表达。通过密度分析，估计这条转基因线携带有6个拷贝。(文献引用：J:105228, J:128658)
