Notch2^{Gt(AG0498)Wtsi}

A gene trap vector with a strong splice acceptor and a beta-geo cassette inserted into the gene. This insertion created a fusion protein where the first 1,767 amino acids of the protein containing the extracellular domain, the transmembrane domain, and a small portion of the intracellular domain are fused to the reporter cassette.
